Support Forum

I am writing this forum post despite the fact that I have received some very rude comments from Ivo, accusing me of saying that Inspire Themes are stealing money from me, among other general rudeness.

Some of you guys should really change your mindset - we are not stealing your money, it is exactly the opposite. We provide you products that save you time and make it super easy for you to earn money.

That kind of commentary is unacceptable. And since you said Some of you guys should really change your mindset… I am guessing that you think that at least a few, if not many, of your customers believe that you are stealing their money.

Nonetheless, I am posting here because there are issues which I cannot solve and which are problems.

1. Gallery Particle stacked images in tabbed layout.
Please don't refer me to this forum post: http://www.inspiretheme.com/forums/gallery-particles-in-roksprocket-tabs
The answer there is not a solution as it is only related to RokSprocket tabs, and does not take into consideration that users may be using other tab solutions, such as Regular Labs Tabs or UIKit Tabs.

A solution to address this issue which is generic (does not only solve RokSprockets, but the general use of tabs) is needed.

2. Google Maps particles in tabbed layout.
Much like the Gallery Particle stacks images in tabs, the Google Maps particles does not display the map when you switch tabs. You only get a grey box.
I am using (on my local dev machine) the latest version of all the particles. However, I cannot at the moment upload these to the server. The issue is present in both the latest version as well as previous versions, so it is not related to conflicts between particles.

I expect an answer within a few hours. and I expect that the answer be polite and without frivolous accusations or general rudeness.

Maybe it's a good time to remind you of the Golden Rules of customer service:

Rule number one: The customer is always right.
Rule number two: When the customer is wrong, refer to rule number one.
