Ivo, If I wanted to add a thick blue border to the header section, would I do that in the custom css file?
I'm not going to place any modules in the top section and now that I am just going to have the header section (sticky), I would like to add a border to the top of this section to add some color.
The site is coming along great. Hoping to go live on April 1st.
