CSS not loaded / ignored after recompiling

Hi Ivo,

I have a CSS problem or some CSS put into the custom.scss is not loaded.
For the article titles I'm using modules published in the position "article-title".

In the custom.scss I wrote the following:

#article-title {margin-top: 30px; background-color: #F8F9FA; text-align: center; border-top: solid 3px #E4EBF0; border-bottom: solid 3px #E4EBF0;}
#article-title h1::before { content: '\f13d';
font-family: FontAwesome;
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
margin:0px 10px 0px 0px;
text-decoration:none;}
#article-title h1 {margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: -15px; color: #007D8B; font-weight: bold;}
#article-title p {font-size: 1.6rem;}

You can see on the screenshot how it should look like.

I had to remove an older particle (contentlist) from Rockettheme since it caused problems, updating your template was not possible with it. Removed it from the custom.scss and, updated the Glory template to 1.8.0 and recompiled the CSS.
After the recompile the CSS for #article-title is not longer loaded or something has changed.

The background, the borders etc. are no longer loaded, however the Fontawesome and the size.

Can you help me with what I have to change so the CSS for #article-title is loaded again?
The two images show how it looked before recompiling and afterwards.

Thanks in advance,
Björn
