I will need your help to solve a problem of Capchat.

I am using RSForm for my form.
First, it turns out that RSForm does not display correctly in the admin part.
That being the case, the form is ok (without capchat) on the front end.
Then I wanted to use Captcha from Google. But captcha images do not display.
I have already contacted the RSForm service and my host (SiteGround). Both advise me to contact you because the problem, according to them comes from the template.

With these tips, I decided to update the template today. But the problem remains the same.
That's it, you know everything. Can you help me to solve this problem.

For information, I had to disable the captcha of google because it brings confusion on the form.
