Hi Tech support,
Today I updated one website from 3.10.3 to 3.10.6 I don't know if it is related to issue. When I checked front end (before update) the main menu at the top loaded properly. After the update this menu does not display (see screenshot).
If this is relevant to you, I went to Extensions: Update Sites and see there are plenty of items listed and I don't know if I'm supposed to check them all off and hit Rebuild button. Since I'm not familiar with it I decided not to mess around and ask you first.
I've never done this before...please tell me if I'm supposed to create a new user (SuperUser) for you to investigate (and then I delete the user, right?)
