Logo (Advanced) particle Touch event

Hello Ivo,

I'm in the process of adding the Logo Advanced particle to my site. Here is the link to the test site where it is being added. The main site is here.

I liked the idea of using it so I could remove the "social" particle to free up some space for the menu so it wouldn't drop down to a 2nd line when viewed on a tablet.

However, a problem I've found, is that it doesn't respond properly to touch events on Tablets. This issue is seen on your demo site for the particle. If you view logo advanced particle demo on a tablet you'll see that the modal opens but it also immediately goes to the URL address entered in the Particle for the Logo URL.

This creates a few problems:

1) If the Logo URL field is populated with an address then it renders the purpose of the particle useless when the site is viewed on Tablets because you can not "touch" the logo without it automatically redirecting to the entered URL.

2) This brings me to the next issue. I have not entered an address into the Logo URL field on my test site so I would expect that if it was left empty that it would not be clickable. This would theoretically allow the Modal popup to show on a touchscreen without automatically redirecting to a new page.

3) I can see in the scss for the particle that you have set "display: none;" when viewed on mobile. Again here, with mobile phones being touch screens, we would have the same issues described above for tablets if it was visible. Also, it renders the purpose of the particle, at least for me, useless, as I wanted a way to show the social media links.

4) We could do the same thing for tablets that you did for mobile phones, ie adding "display: none;" in a media query using the breakpoint for tablets, but again, that defeats the purpose behind using the logo advanced particle.

What I would like to know is:

1) Is it possible to fix the particle so it responds to touch events, ie opening the modal window when tapped once and then only going to the URL when tapped twice?

2) If (1) is not possible can the particle be fixed so that if the Logo URL field is left blank that it doesn't default to the root of the site's URL?

3) Do you have a suggestion for showing the social media links on mobile (and tablet if we do step #4 above) when using this particle? If we can add recognition for a "touch event" to the particle that would solve this problem and we could then just style the modal window to show up properly when viewed on mobiles phones.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Michael
