I have a new project that requires a menu layout and I would appreciate your helpful expertise in figuring out. The menu is featured on this site: https://www.hayward2040generalplan.com - as the main navigation. As you scroll along the titles a set of options open in the section colors for that section title.
Can this menu be created using the main menu feature in your templates? What is your recommendation in achieving this function?
This might be a pretty cool tutorial as I imagine it would be a popular feature for IT themes
