There doesn't seem to be any difference made to the site when I change the Body Attributes in Gantry Global Page Settings from Fullwidth (Boxed Content) to Remove Container like it does on the Quickstart sample site. In fact, changing between any of the drop-down choices doesn't change the front end.
Any ideas why this might be happening?
