I just wanted to make an observation. After I installed the Startup Template using the Quickstart package the page loaded with an error. I switched from PHP v7.2 to PHP v7.0 and everything was fine. I upgraded the extensions which was RokCommon, RokSprocket, & the Gantry Framework and was then able to run the site using PHP v7.2.
I think it would be a good idea if you were to place a notice about this in the download section for the templates for the older quickstart packages until you have had a chance to update the quickstart packages to include the latest versions that are completely compatible with PHP v7.2. I'm suggesting this as others may not realize straight away what the problem is.
