The typography page uses smooth scrolling to move up and down the page. I would like to use smooth scrolling across my entire website. In the past, I've applied this effect by adding the corresponding .twig and .yaml files thru the Atoms section of Gantry. However, I don't see either of these files in the particles directory of the Oxygen template.

What's the best way to add smooth scrolling to the entire Oxygen template without interfering with the existing smooth scrolling effect on the Typography page? In other words, I'm using the fixed side menu (I think this is referred to as the "One Page" menu particle) on my website. It already has a smooth scrolling effect. I don't want to include any unnecessary or redundant javascript. How do I add smooth scrolling across my entire website, given that I am also going to be using the fixed side menu on at least one page?
