What is the best way to change all of the preset colors? For example, let's say I wanted to create a dark color theme. I could go through each section of the preset in the Gantry Administrator and change the background and text. However, this seems like an inefficient way to do it, since most of the colors are repeated throughout the preset (for example, the white background), and a simple "Find and Replace" could accomplish the same thing in a matter of seconds. Moreover, it seems like it would be risky to spend hours changing the entire scheme through the Gantry Administrator, because if I or someone else accidentally clicks on another preset in the future and hits the save button, all of the changes to the preset are lost and there is no way to go back.

For such comprehensive changes to the color scheme, which approach would you recommend: 1. Changing the colors to the preset through the Gantry Administrator, 2. Copy and pasting the entire color scheme of a preset into custom.css and "Finding and Replacing" the colors, or 3. Some other approach.
