Hello Riccardo,
Thank you for respecting our decision.
I have never said that the problem does not exist.
It clearly exists but in my opinion it is not a problem but a false positive.
Since we do not collect any user data (passwords, credit cards, addresses, whatever) we do not think that there is a need for an additional SSL certificate on the demo website.
In comparison, since we collect user data on our main website, we do have an SSL certificate.
Anyway, we might add an SSL certificate on the demo website as well.
But please do not consider this as a promise. It might happen in a couple of weeks but it might also never happen.
The tone of your comments is triggering and both sides (we as a company and you as a customer) can have a much better relationship without such comments:
May I ask why none of the provided template demos work?
At the beginning of my experience with your group, things don't look very good...
And your last comment pretty much says - "
I'm pissed off, it's been a month and you still have not added an SSL certificate." (even though we have never said that we will).
I will tell this - we care about and respect each and every one of our customers and we do expect the same in return.
Thank you for the understanding and have a great evening.
