How do I get a full-width layout like in the demo (under the "Home" menu item there is a submenu item, "Full Width")? The "Full Width" sub-menu item was missing in my template. I tried to go to the Gantry admin to change the configuration settings from boxed to full-width (with the boxed content), but it didn't work as expected. Therefore, I had to add the css to a custom override. But I'm starting fresh with a new site and prefer not to add css overrides if I can avoid it.
