Hello,
first of all you can use all of our templates even after your membership expires. The only difference is that you won't be able to download all new templates and particles, and you won't be able to use the support forum - you won't be able to start new discussions.
As far as the templates - yes, they should work perfectly fine. Of course there are exceptions which depend on future CMS versions or framework changes, which we can not predict or control.
