I'm running into an issue with the background color dropping out on the Header section of the Construction template in

all of the responsive layout widths

except "desktop." I have a background color set, but it disappears in the tablet/phone layouts. On the site's Home page there is an image in the Fullwidth section that shows under the mobile "burger stack" menu, but on other pages the background is white, essentially making the menu disappear.

This issue is intermittent, but mostly there. When browsing through the website pages, all will be fine, then suddenly a page loads with the issue. After it occurs, it's near impossible to make it go away. It seems to be more prevalent with the Safari browser and less so with Chrome, but I've sometimes had it come and go by clearing all the caches. It also seems to apply to all/any of the site's pages.

I any case, my client is ready to launch the site, but is holding back until this issue can be resolved.

I've tried adding a 2 pixel width vertical graphic at the weight of the logo graphic, set to "repeat-x" in the hopes it would help with this, but that seems to have had no effect.

I've attached 3 screen capture images of the site's Home page.
- The first is the full width with Safari which shows correctly.
- The second the tablet width in Chrome which shows correctly.
- The third is the tablet width in Safari which shows the issue.

The site is still on a development server. I can provide the URL and full admin access upon request.
