For Slideshow Particle, I think it is not supported. To enable it, I will have to write some javascript, am I right? I just need a clarification.
For Unite Slider, even though the option to enable Mobile Touch Swipe is turned on under Settings->Mobile Touch section, it doesn't work on my mobile devices. To test it out, I purchased Unite Slider extension and installed it on my test webiste http://clean.nycweb.io. It works.
