Sorry to bother you but I have a strange issue with a Milano site. I can add images just fine using "media" but I've just been on team viewer with my client and whilst she is able to delete images when she tries to upload she gets some form of connection error which diverts to the following error mesage:

This file is too large to upload.
I have checked on her computer and the file is only 114KB in size.
I have even logged in user their ID and I'm not having any issues uploading.
Have you ever experienced an issue like this before. I can PM the access details if you were able to take a look for me?
