Hello.
In particle onepage navigation there is a nice smooth scroll effect to another section. Can I add this effect to mouse wheel scroll (one mouse scroll - smooth scroll to another section)? Is there a simple way to do this?
In uikit documentation I see:
UIkit.Utils.scrollToElement(UIkit.$(element, { /* options */ }));
It will do something like this? How should I implement this on my website?
