Gantry has released version 5.4.34 which is suppose to make it fully compatible with PHP v7.4.
Templates still need to be compatible with PHP v7.4 as well.
Can you say whether or not all of the Inspire Theme Templates and Particles are fully compatible with PHP v7.4?
Please see Matias's comments here where he talks about what to look for and to make sure we test the particles and templates for compatibility as well.
