I know you use overrides extensively, so when I saw this error using Roksprocket, and visited rockettheme forum, I checked your roksprocket override, followed the instructions on the screenshot and it fixed the error. Yay!
I do however ask you to make this edit on you own files and include it with an update so that I won't have to track this /correct this again in the future.
