I have tried to search this forum but I have not found an explicit answer. (Sorry if it's there & I missed it...I've searched this forum & your blog posts.)

I have the quickstart 365News (3.x) installed on my website, and I want to switch to Headlines, than migrate to Joomla 4.x
I'm on the most recent 3.10.12

I have made changes to the quickstart content (of course).
There are the modules which are not J4-compatible (News Show SP2; RokSprocket Module (Headlines, Strips, Lists).
Do I first,
install the equivalent InspireTheme particles for those, and transfer the data, then delete those non-J4-compatible modules? (along with RokSprocket: plugin, package, component)
Then,
Do I download the "stand-alone Headlines" (.zip), go to Joomla backend "Upload & Install Joomla Extension", drag and drop the zip file there? Then assign all pages to Headlines, and uninstall 365News template?

Or do I have to install the standalone Headlines via cPanel?
