I added a tooltip Tag Attribute to a Gallery Item in the Gallery Feature Particle. It doesn't function on the front end when I hover over the gallery item. The UIKit atom is loaded on the site. When looking at the code on the front-end, the tag has been added correctly to the element, just nothing happens. No errors are showing on the console in Chrome. It shoes the the uikit js file is being loaded on the page.

I tried adding the attribute directly to a button in an article incase the issue was just with using it within the particle and it doesn't function there either.

I'm using the Lawyer template in Joomla 3.8.12.
