Hi I want to update a oxygen template joomla 3 site to 4
I just paid subscription and downloaded the tpl_it_oxygen-1.14.0.zip
when I install it says success
when view site I get
Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from.
The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

once this works I will use a migrator tool, or is there a better way.
