Installed locally on Open Server. Wanted to do the website, but at the first loading and then upon each transition from the page to the page there is a window with the prevention: Confirm action on the lawer page, there is no connection Internet. Check connection and repeat attempt. Installed 2 times. Downloaded quick start of 2 times. Made updating to Joomla 3.8.6 Gantry 5.4.23. Established 3 times. Tried on Chrome, Opera, Firefox. Looked through many your templates. Everything was OK. Faced such problem 1 time.
