Hi, i have noticed that I am unable to drag and drop menu items order on the back end so the website order doesnt change, not had this issue before, is this related to the template or content at all?
Deleted cache and expired cache plus rebuilt menu but still no change, odd.

Please have a look at this discussion and the links in it.
This is still a bug in the Gantry 5 Framework but it is really not a big deal because all you need to do is to re-order your Menu Items from the G5's Menu Editor (read the other discussions mentioned in the above discussion).
