Yes, I know it is not a perfect time to ask for new features, but this one is really good to have with all atom collections and I am hoping that it wouldn't take too much work to implement page scroll effects.

However, we do have a similar particle already. Please have a look at our Scroll To particle.
You might also want to have a look at its demo video.
Our "Scroll To" particle is base on the UIkit Smooth Scroll component. So you can use it to achieve whatever effect/functionality you want.
