Hi!, in particular for the the setup and system you gave to us with this templates I was wondering how much lines of custom scss would be too much? In average I apply between 400 and 600 lines leaving out properties and values that can´t be configured on Gantry.

I would like to read your opinions, thanks! :p

Hi Mario,

You can literally have as many lines as you want in your custom.scss file.
If you have about 1000 lines, it will be approximately 10KB in size which is totally acceptable.

So don't worry, just write as much code as you need to ;)

One more thing, do you recommend to compress / minify that file?

    No problem Mario!

Regarding your new question - yeah, once you finish your website, it is a good idea to optimize it a little bit.
We use the JCH Optimize PRO extension on all our demos and we highly recommend it.
For more details, please have a look at this blog post. It this post we recommend using RokBooster, but since v5.x JCH Optimize became much better and now we recommend it over RokBooster.
