Hi Tim,
Yep, everything's fine.
I'm just going through the busiest and most stressful period of my life
Yes, we have released only 2 templates since the beginning of the year.
The 3rd one was supposed to be released at the end of June if we were to be on schedule.
It means that we are about 2 months late with the release of our next template.
Please have a look at the following discussions for more details about what is causing the delay and who is guilty for that (it is me

)

To answer your question directly - no, we will not manage and we are not going to release 4 templates in the next 4 months (September, October, November and December).
We are going to release 3 templates until the end of the year:
1. The overdue e-Commerce template that was supposed to be released at the end of June - hopefully we will release it next week. It is ready, we just need to polish the demo content, to prepare the documentation, to write a blog post for it and to release it.
If we do not manage to do it next week, it will be after my wedding.
2. Another template that will be released two months after we release the eCommerce template - it will be around the end of October.
3. And then, two months later, we should release the 3rd template - at about Christmas.
Tim, you should have received an email newsletter at the end of July that informs you that we extended the subscriptions of all our active users (you included) with one month in order to compensate you for the delay.
And we will extend the subscriptions of all our active users again, with another month, once we release the template, so you can be fully compensated for the delay.
You are not losing anything at all. Think of your account as it is "paused" - if we are late with two months, your subscription will be extended with two months.
We are not going to close any time soon, not at all.
Our plans are exactly the opposite - to keep growing and become bigger and bigger
I'm really sorry about that delay but I really have no choice. I do not have time to focus and develop new products.
Please read the above two discussions. I explained everything there.
Thank you once again for the kind words and the support Alan! It really means a lot to me
Have a great day/evening guys and stay tuned
