No icon ::before

Hello, I noticed that the menu and slider icons marked ::before are not displayed on the website.

I have the same problem in my Gantry backend. I am using the latest version of Gantry and Joomla, how can I fix this error? Thank you in advance for your help;)

    I don't really understand where are these website details?

    Provides the website address https://dekor-glass.com.pl/

    php version 8.2, joomla 5.0.0 and gantry 5.5.17

    Hello Grzegorz,

    You can find the Site Details tab at the bottom of the comment textarea (see the attached screenshot).
    The information you enter there is private, meaning that only I can see it.

    Regarding the issue with the icons - you have either figured it out or it is an issue caused by your local environment (browser extensions, cache and cookies, ad blockers, ISP configuration, firewall, etc).
    I am not able to reproduce the issue. Here, have a look at this video that I recorded for you.
    For test purpose you might try on another computer.

    I don't know how it is possible that there are icons in the video?? :). The problem is not solved. I wrote to the hosting company and they claim that there are empty spaces, they didn't see the icons and they didn't help.

    I just tested your website on another computer, with another internet provider. The icons were shown properly.
    Then I opened your website on my phone (again, tested it with two different internet providers). The icons were shown properly again.

    It is simply not possible to troubleshoot an issue that I cannot reproduce.
    Anyway, please make sure that you have applied the fix from this discussion and also make sure that you read all the comments there.
