First of all, it is strange how big the empty spaces on your website are.
They are much smaller in the default Paradise template.
So make sure that you do not have empty modules published there, and make sure that you publish your modules in suitable positions.
Anyway, you need to do such adjustments via CSS/SCSS.
There are many ways to do it, but probably the easiest one is to apply a negative
