Sorry for the confusion.
The email which our system sent you is actually correct, but it is for your first subscription.
I mean, you have two subscriptions in our system - the first one is when you originally signed up and the second one is when you upgraded (see the attached screenshot).
Yeah, we will have a look at the email configuration and we will re-configure it so it does not sends an email when the user has another, active subscriptions.
As a conclusion, your account will be active until 13th of January 2017
