Good morning, I received an email in which you tell me that my subscription has expired, but I've done the upgrade and my subscription expires in January. Please check the correctness of the data I have sent and cancel the email that I received. Thanks so much

    Hey Anna,

    Sorry for the confusion.
    The email which our system sent you is actually correct, but it is for your first subscription.
    I mean, you have two subscriptions in our system - the first one is when you originally signed up and the second one is when you upgraded (see the attached screenshot).

    Yeah, we will have a look at the email configuration and we will re-configure it so it does not sends an email when the user has another, active subscriptions.

    As a conclusion, your account will be active until 13th of January 2017 ;)
